New Client Methodology
Stoneleigh Recovery Associates' new client methodology is to:
- Accept a small placement volume from a new client.
- Build a customized collection team around the client's needs.
- Measure the collection success versus the client goals.
- Grow the placement volume on a ratable basis.
SRA's physical offices are located in Lombard, Illinois, in a commercial office park 22 miles west of Chicago and 15 miles southwest of O'Hare International Airport.
We occupy 23,500 sq. ft. in a free-standing 34,000 sq. ft. building, giving SRA the ability to expand their physical space as the business continues to grow.
SRA currently employs approximately 100 collectors, managers, and support staff. We continually strive to create a "green" office environment, by purchasing recycled and environmentally-friendly
products whenever possible.
